Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all website design and development work by NXTNET ("we", "us") for a client ("you"). By accepting a quote or making a payment, you agree to them.

Our services

We design and build websites and online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress and custom), move existing stores to new platforms and build custom features and integrations. Each project is a one-time engagement with a written scope.

Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written quote listing what is included, the timeline and the fixed price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately, and we start it only after you approve it.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR), plus GST as applicable. Clients outside India pay the same amounts, converted by the payment gateway.
• Unless the quote says otherwise, 50% is paid in advance to start and 50% on completion, before launch.
• Payments are made through our secure payment link (UPI, cards, net banking) or bank transfer. A tax invoice is issued for each payment.

Your part

You provide content (logo, product details, images, text) and the access we need (for example to your Shopify account) on time, and you confirm you have the rights to the content you give us. Delays in content or approvals may move the timeline.

Third-party platforms

Your store runs on platforms such as Shopify or WordPress hosting. Their fees, terms and availability are between you and them. We are not responsible for changes or outages on those platforms.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the website's design and the content created for you. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Launch warranty

Any bug caused by our work and reported within 30 days of launch is fixed free of charge. This is included in the project price.

Liability

We take care to deliver working, secure websites. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
