• Payment details: payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank password; we receive only a payment reference and status.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver the work you ask for.
• To issue invoices and receipts and keep the accounts the law requires.
• To send you updates about your project. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example the payment gateway, email and hosting providers), only as much as they need, or when the law requires it.

Storage and security

Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems. We keep it only as long as needed for the purpose above or as required by law (for example tax records).
