Refunds and cancellations

We want you to be happy with your project. This policy explains what happens if you cancel or are not satisfied.

Cancelling a project

• Before work starts: cancel within 7 days of paying the advance and before we begin the design, and we refund the advance in full.
• After work starts: if you cancel once design or build has begun, we refund the advance minus the value of the work already done, which we show you stage by stage.
• After launch: completed and delivered work is not refundable.

If something isn't right

Tell us at hello@nxtnet.in. We fix anything that doesn't match the agreed scope at no extra cost. Bugs caused by our work and reported within 30 days of launch are fixed free.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 working days. Bank or card processing may take a few more days to show in your account.
