Service delivery

NXTNET provides digital services (website design and development). We do not ship physical goods.

How work is delivered

• Work is delivered online: designs are shared as preview links, and websites are built on your own platform account (for example your Shopify store) or handed over with full access.
• The timeline is written in your quote, typically 2 to 6 weeks depending on scope, starting from the advance payment and receipt of your content.
• You review and approve each stage (design, build, launch) before we move on.

Completion

A project is complete when the website is live (or handed over) as per the agreed scope. You receive a walkthrough and any access details. Bugs caused by our work and reported within 30 days of launch are fixed free.
